If you would like to make any adjustments to your order, returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Product must be unwashed and unworn with the original tags attached.
For RETURNS please follow the instructions below.
- Contact customer service by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or click the button "Contact us".
- Provide us with the order ID,reason and photos(Display the hangtags hanging on the items and the label on the bag) for your return or exchange.
- If you are approved, then the return shipping label will be emailed to the email address you provided.
- Package the product and affix the return shipping label.
- Drop off at any authorized UPS or USPS location depending on the type of the label you received.Ship the product back to us.
Instructions for mailing your package
- Securely pack the items in a box（Items must be in the original packaging bags）.
- Affix the mailing label squarely onto the address side of the parcel, covering up any previous delivery address and barcode without overlapping any adjacent side.
- Use the address listed above and affix the appropriate amount of postage.
- Ship package from your nearest post office or shipping company of your choice.
